SAIL Interviews Terms & Conditions of Participation

If your application is accepted and you participate in an interview session at NVIDIA GTC 2026 in San Jose, California, that session may be filmed, recorded, and photographed using professional multi-camera production equipment. The recording environment may include branded backdrops and signage. By booking and participating in a session, you consent to being recorded in audio and video.

You grant Producers a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, and create derivative works from your recorded interview in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to:

The final edit of your interview is at the sole discretion of Producers. Producers are not obligated to publish any interview.

• Publication on the SAIL and SemiAnalysis YouTube channels
• Distribution on podcast platforms, social media, and websites operated by Producers
• Promotional clips, highlight reels, and short-form content derived from the interview
• Marketing materials for the SAIL Interviews series
• Compilations, recap videos, and archival collections

You grant Producers the right to use your name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and professional affiliation in connection with the interview and any related promotional materials.

Edited interviews are published on a rolling basis. Producers aim to complete editing and publication within sixty (60) days of the recording date. You will be notified when your interview is published. Producers reserve the right to adjust the publication timeline.

Your participation is voluntary. No fee, royalty, or other compensation will be paid for the interview or the subsequent use of the recording.

By accepting these terms, you represent that:

• You have the authority to agree to these terms
• You are at least 18 years of age
• Your participation does not violate any agreement with a third party, including any employer
• The statements made during the interview are your own and do not knowingly infringe on the rights of any third party

You release Producers and their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the recording, editing, publication, or promotion of the interview, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

In connection with your application, booking, and participation, Producers may collect and store your name, email address, organization, job title, LinkedIn URL, X / Twitter URL, paper or project link, research topic information, scheduling preferences, and records of your consent to these terms.

Producers use this information to review applications, schedule interviews, communicate with you, operate the SAIL Interviews program, and produce, publish, and promote interview content. Producers may share this information with SemiAnalysis and with service providers or contractors supporting production, scheduling, communications, hosting, analytics, or distribution for the SAIL Interviews program.

You may withdraw your application or cancel a scheduled session before recording begins. If you do so, Producers may remove your booking and discontinue processing your participation in the current event.

Once your interview has been recorded, the consent and license rights granted under these terms are irrevocable. You may not require Producers to delete, retract, unpublish, or stop using any recording, edit, derivative work, or promotional material created from the recorded interview.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Producers may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit your application governs your participation unless Producers present a later version to you for renewed acceptance.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Producers regarding your participation in SAIL Interviews. No modifications are valid unless made in writing by Producers.
